What is your return policy? 

All of our clothing items are made to order so if the wrong size/colour/quantity is ordered or you have changed your mind, you are unable to return for a refund or replacement. We are happy for you to sell the product in the group.

What is your refund policy?

We do not give a refund or replacement if you have simply changed your mind.

Under the Australian Consumer Law, you will only be entitled to a refund or replacement for a major problem with a product.

What if my product is damaged upon arrival? 

If your product is damaged when you receive it, please contact us via email with photos of your damaged product and proof of purchase. We will provide you with instruction on what the next step is to rectify the issue. 

What payment methods are available? 

We accept Bank Transfer or PayPal. 

How are items shipped?

All of our products are shipped with Australia Post. 

Please see their website for shipping ETAs as they can change frequently. 

What is the ETA on clothing items? 

All clothing items are made to order and get ordered on the 1st of every month. We sometimes do more than one order during the month depending on how many orders we have. We will aim to get your order to you within approximately 2 weeks.

What sizes are available? 

Please see the sizing charts which are on the items photo. Measure yourself and pick the right size. Please make sure they are correct because we do not accept returns if the incorrect size is ordered as all items are made to order.

How do I join Vic Chicks 4x4? 

We do not have any membership fees, we are a Facebook based social group. Find us on Facebook by searching ‘Vic Chicks 4x4’ and request to join the group by answering all questions we require. If we are satisfied with your answers, your membership will be approved. 

Can my male friend join Vic Chicks 4x4? 

Unfortunately the private Facebook group is for women only, to provide a safe environment for our female members to ask any questions without feeling judged or embarrassed and to promote females in the 4WD industry. We understand some men may find this disappointing or offensive but we welcome all male partners/friends/children/family on all of our events.
